To earn a CICPI designation, you must complete the successfully course work associated with each designation and pass the class exams with a score of 70% or greater.

To earn a real estate designation you must hold your real estate license and be in good standing with your state board/association. (Property Management specialist designation does not require a real estate license)

The cost for your first year of membership in CICPI is waived for one year after you successfully complete your designation.
