The mission of the Center for International Certification Programs, Int. (CICPI) is to recognize, through certification, an individual's commitment to excellence through participation in advanced educational training.

CICPI began offering designation programs in 2001 with the goal of providing professionals a means to differentiate themselves in their industry by showing they have completed advanced training in their field. This helps to maintain high standards of excellence in all the industries we represent, which in turn protects consumers by ensuring that the professionals they are working with are reputable and educated in their specialization.

Since 2001, we have expanded our designation offerings from solely real estate to now include home inspection, mortgage lending, financial planning, and insurance.

Professionals who have earned their CICPI designation have completed advanced training in their field, and have demonstrated their commitment to protecting the standards of excellence in their respective industries.

In industries such as home inspection and mold inspection, there is currently no legislation governing the minimum standards of practice. Professionals who have earned their CICPI designation have made the commitment to maintain the integrity of their industry, which in turn protects the consumer.
